Our Bagwork class is a non- contact class where you work solo or with a partner on the heavy bag. You will learn proper Muay Thai techniques while improving your cardio at the same time. This is a perfect class for All levels beginner to advanced. If you are looking to get in shape lose weight and improve your conditioning then this is the class for you!

In our partner drills class, we focus on honing Muay Thai techniques that can be used for sport or self defense. Each week we cover one of five different Muay Thai styles, Muay Tae (Kicking) Muay Khao/Sok (Knees and elbows) Muay Mat (Punches) Muay Femur (Technical) This class will help you build a strong foundations improving your stance, footwork, punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Through partner work, students learn how to effectively execute these techniques in a controlled environment, enhancing their accuracy, timing, and coordination. Our instructors provide individualized attention, offering feedback and adjustments to ensure each student's progression. By the end of the class, participants leave feeling empowered, equipped with practical self-defense skills and a deeper understanding of Muay Thai.

Warm Up - Footwork Drills
Technical Drills focusing on different Muay Thai Styles
Our core class at Kings Muay Thai allows you to use the techniques you have learned to develop power, speed, coordination and conditioning. There is no better workout on this planet than padwork. If you are tired of going to the gym and doing the same weightlifting routine than this class is for you. You will hit pads for 3 rounds at 5min each. Then we will take a quit break and then you will hold pads for 3 rounds at 5min each. We will go over the combos prior to the round and help you along the way. You do not need to have prior knowledge to take part in this class. We will teach you how to hit and hold Thai pads properly.

Hold Thai Pads or Focus Mitts 3 Rounds for 5 min each round, 1 min rest between rounds
Sparring Class consist of Slow motion Sparring and warm up drills to start out. Then we progress to Play Sparring and Clinching. All Sparring Classes focus on developing Technical Fighters not brawlers. We take training serious and expect ALL teammates to take care of each other during sparring. You must be training at our gym for 2 months before you can participate in our Sparring program.
