Bagwork Class

Monday to Friday - 45 min class


Our Bagwork class is a non- contact class where you work solo or with a partner on the heavy bag. You will learn proper Muay Thai techniques while improving your cardio at the same time. This is a perfect class for All levels beginner to advanced. If you are looking to get in shape lose weight and improve your conditioning then this is the class for you!

Boxing Class

Monday to Thursday - 45 min class

Our Boxing for Muay Thai class is designed to sharpen your striking technique, precision, and reaction time through dynamic mitt work drills. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, you'll practice powerful punch combinations, elbows, and defensive movements while working with a partner holding focus mitts. This high-energy class improves speed, accuracy, and footwork while reinforcing proper Muay Thai fundamentals. Suitable for all skill levels, mitt work is an essential training method to develop fight IQ, timing, and endurance in a fun yet challenging environment.

Padwork Class

Monday to Friday - 45 min class

Our core class at Kings Muay Thai allows you to use the techniques you have learned to develop power, speed, coordination and conditioning. There is no better workout on this planet than padwork. If you are tired of going to the gym and doing the same weightlifting routine than this class is for you. You will hit pads for 3 rounds at 5min each. Then we will take a quit break and then you will hold pads for 3 rounds at 5min each. We will go over the combos prior to the round and help you along the way. You do not need to have prior knowledge to take part in this class. We will teach you how to hit and hold Thai pads properly.

Sparring Class

Invite Only

Monday / Wednesday / Friday - 45 min class

Sparring Class consist of Slow motion Sparring and warm up drills to start out. Then we progress to Play Sparring and Clinching. All Sparring Classes focus on developing Technical Fighters not brawlers. We take training serious and expect ALL teammates to take care of each other during sparring. You must be training at our gym for 2 months before you can participate in our Sparring program.
